Acceptance and eligibility

By using DevSankalpam or placing a booking, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information provided by you is accurate. You must be legally capable of entering into a transaction under applicable Indian law.

Services and scheduling

DevSankalpam coordinates pujas, yagyas, homams, chadawa and temple rituals through priests and service partners. Ritual timings may reasonably change because of temple schedules, local customs, priest availability or events beyond our control. We will communicate material changes using the contact details provided.

Pricing and payment

Package prices are displayed in Indian Rupees on the relevant puja or chadawa page. Selected offerings, dakshina, delivery fees, taxes or other applicable charges are shown before payment. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from DevSankalpam.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing correct contact, sankalp and delivery information. Delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect details may not qualify for a refund. You must not misuse the website, payment process or content.

Digital updates and deliveries

Photos, videos, prasad and completion updates vary by the package selected and are subject to temple rules, network availability and delivery coverage. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Nature of spiritual services

Religious rituals are matters of faith. DevSankalpam does not guarantee a specific personal, medical, legal, financial or spiritual outcome. Website content is not a substitute for professional advice.

Intellectual property and liability

DevSankalpam branding, text, images and website content may not be reproduced without permission. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a confirmed booking will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
