We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, puja sankalp details, delivery address, booking preferences and support messages. Payment card, UPI or banking credentials are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by DevSankalpam.

Information is used solely to create and manage bookings, coordinate rituals, process payments, provide puja updates or deliveries, prevent misuse and respond to customer support requests.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell customer data. Necessary information may be shared with authorised priests, temple partners, delivery providers, technology vendors and payment processors only to complete the requested service or comply with law.
Payments and security
Payments are handled through secure third-party payment infrastructure such as Razorpay. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and your choices
Booking records are retained only for operational, accounting and legal requirements. You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting our support team.
