Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation eligibility

Cancellation requests are accepted before the puja or ritual is scheduled and preparations have commenced. Contact us promptly with your booking reference. Once materials have been arranged, a priest has been assigned or the ritual process has commenced, the booking may not be refundable.

Rescheduling

Where feasible, we may offer a one-time reschedule instead of cancellation. Rescheduling depends on temple dates, priest availability and the nature of the booking. Any price difference for the new date or service will be communicated before confirmation.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but no booking is confirmed, contact support with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed-payment debits will be refunded or reconciled after confirmation from the payment provider.

DevSankalpam cancellation

If we cannot perform a confirmed service and cannot offer a suitable alternate date or equivalent service, the amount paid for the unavailable service will be refunded.

Delivery and offerings

Courier, personalised materials and offerings already procured or dispatched may be non-refundable. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses are not eligible for a refund of courier charges.
